What exactly is sober living home operator coaching?
We provide you with a unique and ROBUST software platform to market, manage, & scale your sober living home business. We also provide expert guidance and support throughout the process of opening, getting your first client, and then scaling to multiple homes. This includes training on best practices, legal and ethical considerations, business management, marketing, and creating a thriving recovery community.
What makes your coaching program different?
Besides our unique & exclusive technology & software; we go beyond basic training by fostering a strong community of support. We connect you with experienced operators, offer peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and provide ongoing resources to help you succeed. We don't just say "Here's what you need. Now go get it!" Do I need any prior experience to benefit from your coaching?
No, our program is designed for both new and established sober living home operators. We tailor our coaching to your specific needs and experience level.
How is the coaching delivered?
We offer a blend of online courses, one-on-one coaching sessions, group mentoring, and access to an exclusive online community forum.
How long does the coaching program last?
You can be a member of our community indefinitely. The membership fee gets you established and then there is a small monthly fee to continue to use our exclusive software for marketing, management, web-hosting, telephony, email & SMS messaging, etc. The monthly fee also covers your ongoing access to our exclusive online community.
What's the cost?
The cost to join is $4995. Then it's just $100/mo. to continue using our software, services, & weekly coaching calls. While this may seem like a large "barrier-to-entry" we are thousands of dollars less than other similar coaching programs in this space (and they do not offer any software or services like we do). We also accept all payment forms.

As I grow/scale, does the CRM software cost more for more Homes or Beds?
No, at Sober Living School we like to keep it simple... our CRM software is a flat $100/mo. for as many homes/beds as you'd like. There are no per/bed or per/home charge structures. It's just $100/mo. for the entire package with all it's functionality, nothing is held back. That being said, there are a few features that cost us as you use them so we do pass those costs through to you but without any markup. Examples of this would be the AI bots (low per use rate) & Text messages, & Phone minutes.
