Custom Website

We can get your custom website up and running quickly. We an extensive collection of professionally designed templates that we will review with you and once you make a selection we will work with you over the course of about a week to collect any media you may have and will incorporate that into your site as well as using select stock footage & media that you approve of. Once it's setup, we can turn it over to you to manage and make updates through our software; it's super simple with our drag-n-drop interface.

Custom Forms

We can create any custom form you envision. There's a large selection of form elements to chose from. We can create custom values which will collect resident information which then flows to the CRM. Custom forms are also useful for collecting information on Referral Sources and we can create custom forms to collect that info as well.

Policy & Procedures Design

We have policies and procedures from our own Sober Living home that we will make available to you. We will also show you how to quickly edit these documents and how to use the power of AI to quickly draft any additional documents you may need.

DNS Setup & Maintenance

Buying your own domain (yourcompanyname.com) is the recommended way to showcase your business online (website & emails). DNS (Domain Name System) records are required to host websites, send/receive email, and provide email authentication and security. This can be a complex and confusing area, but don't worry, we will take care of this for you.

Google Workspace Setup

While our software can provide email, phone, & SMS communication, we also recommend purchasing and setting up a Google Workspace acct. This will be the inbox you should use for other miscellaneous business email such as banking, utilities, tax, B2B and other non-resident or referral-source communications. It also gives you other benefits besides just email, namely the Google Meet app. We can set this up for you & then tie it into our software so that you can host online meetings... no need for Zoom.

Social Media Setup & Integration w/ Our CRM

Having a social media presence can help spread the word about your home. We can set these up for you and once setup we will integrate your channels into our software so you can schedule weeks or months of posts & content to go out automatically.

Logo Design & Integration

Having a great logo for your business is essential. We will consult with you on your logo and get it just the way you like, then we can use it everywhere: website, social media channels, emails, letterhead, policies & procedure manuals, other misc. documents.

Setup & Training on our CRM Software

We will setup and do online training with you to assist you in getting up and running with our software. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us. We also have a repository of video content (as well as written instructions) that detail how to use our software and services.

Referral Source Research

Finding the specific agencies in your area that could send potential residents your way can be time-consuming and challenging, but we've got you covered on that task as well. We have a proven method of web-scraping that will generate referral sources for you; we will take this task off your hands, generate the list and pre-populate your CRM software with them so all you have to do is use our automated marketing to email/text/VM-drop them all at once, and then follow up with personal calls with our built-in "POWER-DIALER".

Our software allows you to place calls, send emails, send SMS messages, send VM drops (leaving a VM w/out making a call).

All calls are recorded so you can review and refine your interactions.

All messaging can be automated as well.

We have a built-in POWER DIALER as well for when you need to make lots of calls (i.e. calling all your referral sources).

***As stated in our FAQ section, the monthly cost for our software (along w/ everything else that you get in our program) is a flat $100/mo. There are no per/bed or per home cost increases so you can scale w/out having to worry about software costs going through the roof!

Automated Workflows

Workflows power a lot of the magic behind the scenes in our software. They are what trigger events, send information to other areas of the software, notify you, your residents, & referral sources of certain updates or events.

Automated Marketing

Workflows (mentioned above) are what power the automated marketing in our software. Need to notify your referral sources of an empty bed. Now you can email, text, and VM drop all of them with, literally a couple clicks.

Billing, Invoicing, & QuickBooks Integration

Our software integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks Online so you can keep all your financial records up to date.

1:1 Chat & Community/Group-Messaging App/Portal

Group messaging (for when you need to send everyone in your org, or a subset) is available via our Communities. You can also do 1:1 chats here as well. These can be accessed via our portal (through a browser), or via our phone app.

Phone Apps & Web Portal: for you & residents

If you are on the go, you will have access to our phone app so you can do most everything you need to.

Your residents will also be able to login (to the house community) via our portal (if they are at a desktop/laptop) and via our phone app as well.

E-Sign Documents

If you have PDF's or Word/Google documents you can upload them, add some form fields and then send them out to your residents. You can even add payment fields to them as well so they pay as a part of completing them.

These documents are then added to the resident's file.

Google My Business (GMB) & Reputation Management

If you want to list your home on Google Maps we can assist with that, or if you want to just choose a "service-area" instead of one of your homes (or personal address) we can help with that as well. Once we get that setup for you we can add it to our software and view/manage your GMB profile.

AI Virtual Employees***

(this is an add-on feature)

These do cost a little extra, but the cost might be well worth it to you. Imagine having AI answer the chat-bot on your website (w/out AI it would just send you a message via text) or respond to Facebook messages, or respond to inbound calls, and soon... make OUTBOUND calls. With the cost of hiring an additional employee (or employees) to do all of this, it might be well worth it.

We host weekly online coaching calls where we share WINS and talk about what's working and what's not. This is also the place where members can share files with the entire group, advice, & encouragement.
